I received the blanket in time for the Christening and it was a big hit! As a business owner myself (ironically, I own a shipping company), I understand the human factor very well. Mistakes happen… but it is the corrective action that determines the success of the business.

Although, there was an error, your wife and yourself took the necessary steps to ensure the blanket was made and delivered in time. In my opinion you have truly turned a negative into a possitive and I am both greatful and impressed. Because of the decisions you made to ensure my satisfaction I will be happy to do business with you again and to recommend your company to friends. I too will be having a baby this (next month) and will be doing business with you again shortly after.
